Leasing Rules
All leases shall be processed through Tenant Evaluation and shall have a term of at least thirty (30) days, 12 rentals per year. A copy of the lease must be provided to the Association prior to the commencement of the lease. Please refer to the document below to complete the application through Tenant Evaluation.
